Monday: Pacer

Tuesday: Height and Weight

Wednesday: Half Day

Thursday: Sit-ups, push-ups, trunk raise.

Friday: Sit-n-Reach, arm reach.

OUR MISSION is to teach your child the benefits of exercise and maintaining a healthy lifestyle. The Physical Education program is designed to challenge each student to reach his/her highest potential and allow opportunities for success and enjoyment.

Students recieve 5 points a day for physical education. Grades are based on participation, dressing out, behavior, gum chewing and test/quiz scores.

Just a reminder that the P.E. uniform is a white or grey T-Shirt, Red or Black Shorts and tennis shoes with socks.

If a student is sick or injured and cannot
participate in physical education class, they must have a
written note from parent or guardian. The parent/guardian
note is valid for 3 days. A written note from a doctor must be
given to the teacher if the student is out of physical
education class longer than 3 days.  The students earn their points for
the day by completing a summary on articles related to health or fitness.
